Job Description

Field Service Engineer managing installations, troubleshooting, and customer support for diagnostic laboratory equipment. Collaborating with sales and providing training while ensuring effective operation across locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations, device training, customer instruction, hardware and software modifications, and safety inspections
  • Device and reagent troubleshooting
  • Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance activities
  • Support sales staff through joint customer visits
  • Monitoring and independent management of spare parts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Medical/Biomedical Technology (or completed vocational training in a medical-technical or electromechanical field)
  • Confident use of current computer technologies; knowledge of networking is desirable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to identify and drive solutions
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
