Job Description
Field Service Engineer managing installations, troubleshooting, and customer support for diagnostic laboratory equipment. Collaborating with sales and providing training while ensuring effective operation across locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, device training, customer instruction, hardware and software modifications, and safety inspections
- Device and reagent troubleshooting
- Scheduling and execution of planned maintenance activities
- Support sales staff through joint customer visits
- Monitoring and independent management of spare parts
Requirements:
- Degree in Medical/Biomedical Technology (or completed vocational training in a medical-technical or electromechanical field)
- Confident use of current computer technologies; knowledge of networking is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and drive solutions
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
