Job Description
Janitorial Sales Developer position involves driving revenue and finding new business leads for a national cleaning service company. Seeking candidates with strong B2B sales experience and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new and existing business with phone, email and in-person visits
- Work as a nationwide sales team
- Assist customer buying decisions
- Provide Janitorial product and technical advice
- Learn new Janitorial products and industry trends
- Educate customers through product demonstrations
- Attend product and industry seminars/training events
- Attend daily company meetings via zoom, phone call or in person
- Must be able to work weekends if needed
- Local/National travel to client locations (some overnight and weekends may be required)
- Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base
- Develop professional customer and Service Provider relationships (in person and over the phone)
- Must be able to self-generate (from scratch) sale leads (at least 50 leads per day)
- Systematic solicitation of targeted commercial prospects through face-to-face contact within a zone (business-to-business cold calling)
- Oversee operations and take care of customers issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid driver's license
- 5-8 years outside sales experience (business-to-business preferred)
