Job Description
Strategic customer management developing partnerships and networks in the natural medicine sector. Building collaborative relationships and identifying potential key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic account management: You build sustainable partnerships with naturopathic therapists, Heilpraktiker (natural practitioners), pharmacies and other professional users.
- Partnership & network development: You manage these relationships long-term and develop them into strong brand ambassadors for our products.
- Targeted customer acquisition & network building: You identify potential key accounts in the natural medicine sector such as therapists, pharmacies and health centers.
- Contract negotiation & closing: You independently conduct price and terms negotiations and professionally conclude new partnerships.
- Market & competitor analysis: You monitor trends in the natural medicine market, identify opportunities and provide valuable insights to our marketing and product development teams.
Requirements:
- Industry experience: You have experience in field sales or B2B sales — ideally in natural medicine, dietary supplements, pharmacy or healthcare.
- Education: You have at least a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a relevant field.
- B2B sales experience: You can demonstrate proven success in B2B sales and are willing to travel.
- Outgoing & empathetic: You use strong communication skills and sensitivity to customer needs deliberately.
- KPI affinity: You enjoy working in a performance-oriented environment and are comfortable with numbers.
- Independent working: You are organized, goal-oriented and proficient with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel: You hold a category B driving licence and are prepared to travel across Germany.
