Job Description
Sales leader responsible for client consulting and sales in Itzehoe/Steinburg. Building relationships and expanding customer network for Hoyer's product offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual needs and convince customers with our product range.
- Maintaining the client base – You ensure long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
- New customer acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base.
- Competitive analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape.
- Participation in trade and leadership fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.
Requirements:
- Sales experience – You have successfully worked in sales and know how to win customers.
- Education – Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training.
- Technical understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and explain complex issues clearly.
- Mobility & flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong communication & persuasiveness – You impress with your presence and confident demeanor.
- Independent working style – You appreciate working autonomously and have an eye for what matters.
