Job Description
Real estate inspector responsible for assessing and documenting property conditions in Ellwangen. Working for VALUE AG, a full-service provider in the real estate valuation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential, commercial and specialised properties, both interior and exterior
- Responsible for assessing and documenting the structural and technical condition of properties
- Conduct measurements and calculate living/usable floor areas
- Document the current construction status and any maintenance measures
- Communicate digitally with colleagues on current issues and receive route planning from the service team
Requirements:
- Interest in real estate and some initial experience in the real estate sector
- Ideally experience with floor area calculations and on-site measurements
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Accuracy and conscientiousness
- Service-oriented and friendly manner
- Proficiency with Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Valid Class B driver's license and driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
