Job Description

Lead the external sales team in therapeutic network development. Build partnerships in natural health products as preferred partner.

Responsibilities:

  • You lead our field sales team for the therapeutic network and drive its professional, strategic, and personnel development.
  • You build sustainable partnerships with naturopathic therapists, alternative practitioners (Heilpraktiker), pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
  • You position our brand as the preferred partner for natural health products.
  • You identify key partners and cultivate a strong referral network for our brand.
  • You independently conduct price and terms negotiations and professionally conclude new partnerships.
  • You monitor trends in the natural health market and provide valuable insights to our marketing and product development teams.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience in field sales or B2B sales — ideally in naturopathy/natural medicine, dietary supplements, pharmacy, or the healthcare sector.
  • You have at least a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Experience in developing and building performance-oriented teams.
  • You are organized, goal-driven, and proficient in using CRM tools.
  • You hold a Class B driving license and are willing to travel throughout Germany.
