Job Description

Territory Sales Manager managing and growing customer accounts while overseeing sales strategies and mentoring sales representatives. Responsible for client satisfaction and revenue growth for Accu-Tech USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, upselling and cross-selling products or services as appropriate
  • Manage the independent Sales Rep organization relationship
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within each account
  • Track and manage sales activity and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics to ensure targets are met and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client needs are addressed and fulfilled
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop action plans to address any sales performance gaps or challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or a combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience with automation, distribution, or manufacturing; experience in a leadership role, with participation in, or control of the sales department a plus
  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team (company employees and independent sales reps)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives as an individual and sales leader
  • Experience working with technical teams to deliver automation solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Must be a self-starter with integrity, innovation, and can pay attention to details
