Job Description
German-speaking Fleet Key Account Manager managing taxi and limousine partners for Talixo’s global pre-booked transfer platform. Growing accounts, negotiating partnerships, and improving fleet performance across EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners
- Act as the main point of contact for account-related matters
- Create and implement strategic account plans with internal teams
- Identify account growth and expansion opportunities
- Shortlist potential partner fleets, make cold calls, acquire and qualify leads
- Establish partnerships and negotiate deals across the assigned region and product line
- Onboard and train new fleets
- Use data and analytics to track KPIs and recommend service improvements
- Prepare regular fleet performance reports
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes
- Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations to improve processes and IT systems
- Report to the Regional Head of Fleet
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B / channel sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification
- Structured, independent, and creative problem-solving ability
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Full-time availability Monday to Friday in the local time zone
