Job Description
Growth Lead at Introd driving product launch and virality for a relationship operating system. Engage in community building and creative storytelling to optimize growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our Product Hunt launch — teaser, copy, outreach, day-of coordination
- Craft stories that convert (Threads, Substack, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Engineer waitlist and referral loops for alpha access
- Build creator/influencer collabs around the “warm intro revolution”
- Activate Slack/Discord/WhatsApp founder groups
- Build referral and ambassador loops around verified intros
- Curate case studies and success stories from early users
- Run rapid experiments (landing pages, CTA, viral hooks)
- Track CAC, conversion, and virality metrics in Notion or Airtable
- Optimize onboarding and email flows for early users
Requirements:
- Have helped launch a SaaS, app, or Product Hunt campaign before
- Know how to craft a scroll-stopping story in 200 characters
- Understand virality, hooks, and network effects
- Are comfortable building in chaos and moving fast
- Have a creative streak — storytelling, memes, motion, or design
- Are obsessed with metrics but driven by momentum
