Job Description
Growth Product Designer shaping user experience for Tendem, an AI service. Focusing on high-impact engagement across user journeys with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize high-converting growth funnels tailored to different user segments
- Lead the design of growth-focused features and experiments from ideation through launch, iterating based on insights from user research and quantitative data
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define hypotheses, design experiments, and measure impact on key growth metrics
- Champion high design quality and consistency, collaborating with the design systems team to align with our broader product experience
- Clearly communicate design rationale and solutions, proactively seeking feedback and alignment from stakeholders
- Explore and leverage AI tools to accelerate validation, discovery, and prototyping
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in growth-focused roles, with a portfolio showcasing your design thinking and impact
- Experience designing and running data-driven experiments and iterating based on results
- Experience working on projects that have a direct impact on product usage or revenue
- Good understanding of core growth concepts for SaaS products and platforms (e.g., user acquisition, onboarding, retention)
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs, delivering high-quality, user-centric designs
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners, including PMs, Engineers, Data Analysts, and other designers
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; experience with analytics platforms is a plus
- Clear communication and openness to feedback, with a desire to learn and grow as part of a team
- Growth mindset and a passion for experimentation
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate validation, prototyping, or design discovery.
