Job Description

Full-Cycle Sales Recruiter managing recruitment processes for sales teams at Job Duck. Building high-performing teams for a mission-driven organization with remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Build talent pools and market intelligence for strategic, proactive hiring
  • Enhance candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates by selling the mission, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation
  • Manage high-volume pipelines with 20–40+ active candidates at various stages simultaneously
  • Conduct phone screens and video interviews to assess candidate fit, sales skills, and culture alignment
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Outbound Sales Representatives and Sales Leadership roles
  • Track metrics and report on recruiting performance including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set realistic hiring timelines
  • Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, and creative outreach strategies

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume hiring
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, or similar ATS, Boolean search
  • Strong sales acumen with proven ability to identify top performers
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS, legal services, or mission-driven organizations
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems such as 3CX and O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
