Job Description
Global HR Manager leading HR functions including hiring, compliance, and employee engagement for inecta. Managing HR operations across Canada, India, and the USA with a focus on talent acquisition and company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and manage the HR functions for inecta worldwide
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of employees
- Administer employee benefits and programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
- Manage employee performance reviews and development programs
- Cultivate positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources management (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience with HR tools and software (Bamboo, Leapsome, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
