Job Description
Global Partnerships Manager engaging with a portfolio of global donors for impact reporting and project success. Contributes to funding renewal discussions and donor engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute directly to Global Partnership success by engaging a portfolio of global donors
- Prepare high-quality impact reports demonstrating project outcomes and social impact
- Work closely with the Global Grants Lead to ensure all impact data is accurate and timely
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress and challenges
- Collaborate closely with functional and country teams to ensure project success
- Lead donor engagement initiatives such as communications, volunteering, and in-kind donations
- Proactively identify and scope new funding opportunities with active donors
- Support end-to-end funding renewal process, including narrative and budget proposals
Requirements:
- 4 - 5 years of experience in fundraising, strategy design and implementation, program design and management, and/or account management
- Full fluency in English
- Proficiency in any other language used in the Generation network is a plus
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
