Job Description

Global Partnerships, Strategy & Operations Analyst internship at Rezolve Ai focusing on building partnerships and customer experiences. Contributing to UI/UX, partner enablement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Help design and build the Rezolve partner portal, focusing on intuitive UI/UX and seamless onboarding journeys
  • Work on partner-facing digital experiences (dashboards, onboarding flows, activation tools)
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate business needs into functional requirements and prototypes
  • Continuously improve partner experience through user feedback, usability testing, and iteration
  • Support the creation of partner GTM assets (pitch decks, solution briefs, enablement materials)
  • Help structure partner onboarding frameworks and activation playbooks
  • Contribute to how Rezolve presents its solutions across retail and ecommerce use cases
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track partnership performance
  • Analyze partner pipeline, engagement, and activation metrics to generate actionable insights
  • Support strategic initiatives such as partner segmentation, prioritization, and growth planning
  • Drive operational excellence across the partnerships team
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings
  • Support cross-functional working sessions
  • Coordinate deliverables across Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Help streamline internal processes and improve collaboration across teams
  • Support live partnership initiatives, launches, and activations
  • Opportunity for light travel to support key partnership moments and events

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in AI, ecommerce, retail, and partnerships
  • Highly organized with strong execution and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience or coursework in UI/UX design (e.g., Figma, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping)
  • Basic development or technical experience (e.g., web apps, APIs, no-code/low-code tools, or similar)
  • Exposure to or interest in ecommerce, retail, or digital commerce platforms
  • Ability to think both strategically (why) and practically (how to build it)
