Job Description

Go-To-Market Director coordinating marketing, product, and sales teams for revenue growth. Leading high-impact GTM strategies at AlignOps, a tech provider for the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by coordinating marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry associations and key partners
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of GTM initiatives and marketing programs
  • Oversee the development and execution of launch content and customer-facing programs
  • Partner with Client Success to develop training initiatives and enhance product adoption
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high-performance execution across GTM initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years in content development, product marketing, sales enablement, digital engagement optimization, or partner marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or construction technology environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience managing partnerships, associations, or strategic alliances
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer engagement trends
  • Deep experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and project management software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com)
