Job Description

Growth Development Associate driving outbound engagement to support Progyny's global expansion. Identifying and qualifying mid-market and enterprise prospects for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound outreach across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Manage and respond to inbound enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify new business opportunities aligned with our ideal client profile.
  • Thoroughly qualify leads using strategic questioning and active listening to uncover needs, pain points, and buying signals.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership to support top-of-funnel targets and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Book high-quality meetings in line with weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently about customer challenges and Progyny Global’s value proposition.
  • Build strong rapport with prospects through thoughtful, well-organised interactions.
  • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene by ensuring all activities, conversations, and lead progression are recorded accurately.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to nurture leads and share insights that support continuous improvement in campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a SDR role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience overall (internships and part-time roles count).
  • Experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles preferred.
  • BA, BS, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or an equivalent field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, persistent, and able to remain positive in the face of rejection.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can take accountability and direction effectively.
