Job Description
Growth Marketing Lead developing user acquisition and media strategies for Flipster, a crypto trading platform. Responsible for managing global media matrix and optimizing user conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full user acquisition funnel from impressions to first deposit, including traffic growth, registration, KYC, and key conversion metrics
- Build a holistic media matrix spanning Crypto Media, KOL networks, KOCs, communities, and content matrix. Design media segmentation, incentive structures, and ROI frameworks, and optimize media mix across regions such as SEA, EU etc.
- Build and scale a global crypto KOL matrix (X, YouTube, TG, TikTok, etc.), and manage partnerships, activations, AMAs, airdrops, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Affiliate/BD teams to provide creatives, traffic, and exposure support
- Monitor funnel metrics such as CTR, CVR, CAC, KYC rate, and FTD rate, and work with user operations and data teams to optimize conversion funnels
- Guild the team to identify invalid, fraudulent, and arbitrage traffic to ensure safe acquisition
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of overall experience is required, including at least 2 years of demonstrated success in developing and scaling a comprehensive Media Matrix.
- Prior experience in managing teams
- Deep understanding of the crypto exchange, e-commerce, or forex growth funnel
- Proven user acquisition experience across global markets (any region)
- Strong analytical capability with modern analytics tools
- Experience managing annual marketing budgets
