Job Description
Growth Marketing Lead within M32 AI focusing on SEO strategy and CRO for B2B SaaS growth. Seeking a data-driven innovator to drive user acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organic expansion by leveraging deep SEO expertise and CRO mastery to engineer creative, self-sustaining growth loops.
- Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitive analysis, and topic clustering using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console to drive targeted organic traffic growth.
- Oversee content strategy including on-page optimization, pillar-cluster architectures, publishing cadences, and backlink acquisition through outreach and partnerships.
- Continuously audit and refine technical SEO elements to enhance site authority, crawl efficiency, and long-term search visibility.
- Architect and build high-performance landing pages (Framer expertise preferred) with integrated A/B, multivariate testing, and heatmapping to maximize conversion rates across acquisition to retention.
- Design and manage sophisticated email/CRM flows for onboarding, engagement, upsell, winback, and referrals, ensuring top-tier deliverability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to maintain unified messaging, GTM positioning, and brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years hands-on in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments, with a track record of driving organic revenue.
- Proficiency in core tools: GA4/PostHog (analytics), Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC (SEO), Framer (design), campaign managers/automation platforms.
- Strong fundamentals in attribution, funnel analytics, and growth modeling; comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced startups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in team settings.
