Job Description

Growth Strategist at BM Digital responsible for leading e-commerce clients. Driving growth strategies in media and funnel optimization to ensure measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X
  • Collaborate with media analysts to monitor campaign performance, optimize media spend, and maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Stay abreast of emerging media channels and technologies to identify new opportunities for client growth
  • Analyze and optimize the entire customer journey, identifying drop-off points and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different promotional offers, pricing strategies, and messaging
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and performance
  • Conduct regular strategic planning sessions with clients, providing actionable insights and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy
  • Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a track record of driving measurable business growth
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills, including crafting and delivering impactful decks that resonate with stakeholders.
