Job Description
Medical Interpreter facilitating communication in medical scenarios for H'Mông /Mong and English speakers. Providing accurate interpretation and ensuring proper terminology in healthcare settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely interpretation, enabling effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Perform simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, ensuring proper use of medical terminology.
- Facilitate clear and culturally appropriate communication in medical settings.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months- 3 years of professional interpretation experience (this is a must, Also make sure you add your Interpretation Experience to your resume to be considered )
- Specialization: Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors
- Flexibility: Availability for VRI or scheduled appointments.
- Professionalism: High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
- Technical Requirements and certificates: Professional, HIPAA compliant Setup
- Wired USB headset with noise cancellation
- At least 10Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed
Benefits:
- H'Mông /Mong English : Rate is $30 cent Per min rate during probation then $35 cents after probation
- Full time, Part time available
- Shifts 24/7
