Job Description
Head Of Growth at Paradox defining growth strategies using AI and data insights. Leveraging behavioral science and technology to optimize learning platforms for major impact.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and pilot the Revenue Engine
- Identify growth levers and pull them yourself
- Take a funnel, dismantling it, and rebuilding it to convert 2x better
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests yourself (headlines, pricing, offers)
- Audit pages that aren't converting and implement tests immediately
- Identify the next winning acquisition channels to maximize Profitability and Volume (ROI/ROAS)
- Design and optimize growth loops (product, retention, referral, content → product → content)
- Manage the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) by showing them the standard of excellence
- Set up a tight feedback loop with the Sales Team Lead to adjust targeting based on lead quality
Requirements:
- You have ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing
- You have a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that have generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion
- French: Native / Bilingual
- English: Fluent English, you can hold a conversation on specific details with English-speaking colleagues
