Job Description

Head of Partnerships responsible for building and scaling White Circle's ecosystem across AI industry. Working with CEO in structuring and activating partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own White Circle's partnership strategy
  • Identify high-leverage partners across AI, cloud, infrastructure, consulting, and enterprise ecosystems
  • Source, structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements
  • Develop joint go-to-market motions, including referrals, co-selling initiatives, integrations, and strategic collaborations
  • Build relationships with senior executives, founders, product leaders, and technical stakeholders across the industry
  • Represent White Circle at industry events, conferences, and strategic customer meetings
  • Identify emerging ecosystem opportunities before they become obvious to the market
  • Translate partner and customer feedback into product and market insights
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure partnerships create measurable business outcomes
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and ecosystem growth

Requirements:

  • Has experience building strategic partnerships in AI, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, developer tools, or enterprise software
  • Knows how to navigate complex organisations and build executive-level relationships
  • Has structured and negotiated commercial partnerships that created measurable business impact
  • Can operate independently and move quickly in ambiguous environments
  • Has strong commercial instincts and understands how partnerships create revenue
  • Is comfortable discussing both business strategy and technical products
  • Communicates exceptionally well and is fluent in English
  • A big plus: Existing relationships across the AI ecosystem
  • A big plus: Experience working with model providers, AI infrastructure companies, or cloud platforms
  • A big plus: Experience building a partnerships function from zero to one
  • A big plus: Experience with ecosystem-led or partnership-led growth strategies
  • A big plus: Experience helping define and scale a new market category
