Job Description

Virtual hospital sales representative promoting biopharmaceutical therapies for Syneos Health. Delivering virtual sales presentations and managing assigned healthcare territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to current and prospective customers
  • Plan and organize activities for regular and consistent coverage of the assigned territory
  • Administer territory information and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers
  • Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to healthcare professionals and office staff using virtual educational resources and support materials
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual communication
  • Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals
  • Understand local and regional market trends for the virtual territory
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to support shared, high-value accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum required
  • Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience required
  • 1+ years specialty sales experience required; Urology preferred
  • Hospital sales experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated history of documented and consistent achievement of sales performance
  • 1+ years virtual sales experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts
