Job Description

Clinical Sales Representative driving da Vinci robotic surgery adoption in Seattle. Training surgical teams, expanding utilization, and selling instruments and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinically sell to maximize da Vinci Surgical System utilization in the Seattle territory
  • Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy that drives robot utilization
  • Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci Surgery applications
  • Serve as a da Vinci Surgery resource across primary surgical specialties
  • Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption
  • Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team so they can use the system unsupervised
  • Expand the user base by working with key opinion leaders
  • Drive sales of instruments and accessories
  • Mentor new team members to become high-performance clinical sales team members
  • Manage administrative tasks, sales activities, and expense report submissions

Requirements:

  • Candidates must live within or be willing to relocate to Seattle, WA
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred

Benefits:

  • Total target compensation of $233,244 for Region 1
  • Total target compensation of $223,200 for Region 2
