Job Description

Hotel Performance Manager providing insights and support to enhance performance of IHG hotels in the Netherlands. Collaborating with hotel leaders to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Build collaborative, long-term relationships with hotels, driving engagement and alignment with IHG
  • Visit hotels in your region and cross region on a regular base
  • Partner closely with all IHG support functions and deliver hotel-level priorities.
  • Analyse performance insights using tools, translating data into practical, hotel-centric solutions.
  • Act as the conduit between hotels and IHG teams
  • Develop collaborative action plans with hotels and track progress through key internal systems
  • Drive hotel performance across key metrics, ensuring brand standards and compliance through clear prioritisation.
  • Deliver and support training sessions for hotel teams.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within a collaborative team of consultants.
  • Contribute to regional projects alongside the Operations Director.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a customer or client-focused environment, delivering expert service.
  • Background in hotel operations or hotel leadership would be seen as highly advantageous.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach is critical for this role. You must be confident working independently, while staying connected to a wider team.
  • Excellent time and diary management skills.
  • Flexible communication style and a passion for building relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role; knowledge of German would be an advantage, but is not required.
