Job Description
Remote HR communications and digital marketing role using AI, social media, and client engagement. Supporting prospective clients and mentoring professionals within a global performance-based opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in regular live training and team collaboration
- Utilize AI technology to attract high-intent enquiries
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using content and social media
- Build brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms
- Generate and nurture qualified enquiries through digital marketing activities
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients via phone, Zoom, and email
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom interviews to assess client suitability and alignment
- Onboard, mentor, coach, and support team members beginning their development journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records, client communications, and administrative processes
- Deliver consistent, professional follow-up throughout the client journey
Requirements:

- Minimum of five years’ professional work experience after completing formal education
