Job Description
HR IT Engineer overseeing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and SAP BTP integrations for AUMOVIO’s mobility technology business. Developing ABAP solutions and optimizing global HR-IT platforms and data flows.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR IT regional platforms and foundations, including SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, and SAP CI
- Support global HR IT integration topics
- Implement HR IT Master Data Management solutions using cloud and on-premise technologies
- Utilize SAP HCM application knowledge to support business needs
- Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow
- Act as a Technology Expert in end-to-end HR business processes and configuration
- Define global guidelines for HCM developments and operations
- Act as technical authority within the area of responsibility
- Drive innovation and improve existing technologies
- Create innovative business solutions using ABAP, object-oriented programming, reports, and FI interfaces
- Design and develop reliable, sustainable, best-practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Provide expert end-to-end business process consulting to internal customers and HR departments
- Liaise with HR Operations and the IT community to understand needs, develop IT concepts and blueprints, implement system solutions, and evaluate success
- Contribute to new strategies and technologies
- Optimize the HR-IT technical landscape, platforms, and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture, and roadmap
Requirements:
- Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or Computer science related field
- 5 - 10 years of IT or Industry working experience
- Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, especially SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Master Data Management, and Architecture Management
- SAP ABAP programming for HCM, especially interface techniques
- A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
- Project management skills, with a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP project experience
- Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
- Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
- High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
- Intercultural sensitivity, preferably working experience in an international team
- Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
- English language proficiency
- Open to travel up to 10%, including business trips abroad
