Job Description
HR Weiterbildung program aimed at job seekers with no prior HR experience. Gain skills in HR and People & Culture through a fully funded, remote training course.
Responsibilities:
- Explore the entire employee lifecycle through 9 core HR modules
- Learn how to write inclusive job ads, structure hiring processes, run interviews, and build a strong employer brand
- Design onboarding journeys that foster connection, belonging, and productivity
- Get practical tools for setting goals, giving feedback, and creating a learning culture
- Understand compensation, benefits, and the basics of fair pay
- Learn about HR compliance and the legal foundations in Germany
Requirements:
- Registered with the Jobcenter or Agentur für Arbeit as a jobseeker (receiving ALG I or ALG II)
- Eligible for a Bildungsgutschein (training voucher)
- No prior HR experience required — just motivation and curiosity
