Job Description
HR Business Partner at Miovision driving cultural change and supporting strategic growth in human resources. Engaging with leaders and providing guidance on organizational design and employee advocacy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders for strategic growth and coaching
- Help teams evolve during reorganizations or integrations
- Build a workplace where everyone belongs
- Guide managers through sensitive conflict resolution
- Coach managers on meaningful feedback and performance situations
- Utilize people analytics to understand HR trends
- Act as subject matter expert on Canadian and U.S. employment landscapes
Requirements:
- Progressive HR experience
- Proven track record of supporting diverse teams across global borders
- Natural relationship builder
- Strong communication skills with tact and judgment
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, 'gray' environments
- Experience distilling complex HR concepts into clear, actionable advice
