Job Description

HR Business Partner at Miovision driving cultural change and supporting strategic growth in human resources. Engaging with leaders and providing guidance on organizational design and employee advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders for strategic growth and coaching
  • Help teams evolve during reorganizations or integrations

  • Coach managers on meaningful feedback and performance situations
  • Utilize people analytics to understand HR trends
  • Act as subject matter expert on Canadian and U.S. employment landscapes

  • Strong communication skills with tact and judgment

  • Experience distilling complex HR concepts into clear, actionable advice
