Job Description
Consultant RH indépendant développant son activité auprès des TPE et PME. Prospection, vente et accompagnement entrepreneurial au sein d’un réseau national structuré.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an independent HR consulting business across areas such as HR audits, HR structuring, fractional HR services, recruitment, and training
- Build your ability to prospect, sell, and retain clients
- Develop a well-rounded entrepreneurial mindset aligned with your values and desired work-life balance
- Take part in an onboarding seminar with your cohort
- Clarify your positioning, target clients, and service offering
- Launch your business development efforts
- Develop your sales and client relationship skills
- Engage with the LRH team and your mentor
- Secure your first HR assignments and refine your offering
- Strengthen your positioning as an entrepreneurial consultant
Requirements:
- Strong experience in HR, either as a generalist or specialist
- Already self-employed or seriously considering becoming independent
- Willingness to develop business skills, including prospecting, service design, and client relationship management
- Desire to move beyond working in isolation and benefit from a structured professional community
- Seeking a framework for continuous growth, learning, and development
