Job Description
Inside Sales Account Manager driving revenue for Repligen’s bioprocessing products. Generating leads, closing sales, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with field sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on needs, budget, and timeline, focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing customers
- Negotiate and close deals for consumables and selected system opportunities
- Follow up with potential customers to address concerns and finalize agreements
- Maintain and update SFDC CRM with accurate customer information and sales activities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns
- Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing efforts
- Generate sales reports and present them to management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bilingual with English as the primary language
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Tech savvy with advanced working knowledge of prospecting tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Proficient in CRM software (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies
- Understanding of industry and market trends
