Job Description

Inside Sales Vehicle Account Manager maximizing retail sales and customer satisfaction for Ryder's Used Vehicle Sales division. Collaborating on leads and market feedback to enhance sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • work Marketing qualified leads, self-generated leads, and other lead sources to maximize retail sales
  • promote customer satisfaction initiatives
  • maximize proceeds and gains on used vehicles
  • generate first time customers
  • establish repeat buyers
  • increase speed to market
  • maximize ancillary products and revenue
  • work with the Wholesale Manager to dispose of older inventory
  • refer leads that may fall into the wholesale arena
  • work with BU Maintenance and Asset Managers to proactively market units that are nearing the end of term
  • provide feedback regarding market conditions, pricing trends and other variables

Requirements:

  • Three (3) Years of Sales Experience Required
  • Industry Knowledge of Vehicle Sales and Offerings
  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Post-secondary education preferred with emphasis on marketing and sales assignments
  • Three (3) years or more sales related experience required
  • General knowledge and prior usage of CRM systems intermediate preferred
