Job Description
Inside Sales Associate helping customers find auto, home, and motorcycle insurance through Jerry.ai’s AI-powered asset-management platform. Handling inbound calls, coverage needs, and policy service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
- Assist policyholders with changes and service needs
- Develop deep knowledge of insurance products and the company app
- Match customers with suitable insurance carriers and coverage
- Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
- Provide feedback to improve the product
- Work as a member of the Customer Operations team across sales and service paths
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid P&C license, or be eligible to obtain one with employer support
