Job Description
Inside Sales Manager leading a remote sales team for The Helper Bees, focusing on operations, productivity, and customer engagement. Collaborate with Enterprise teams to enhance conversion strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing inside sales team responsible for inside sales operations
- Oversee day-to-day inside sales activities and coach a team to meet conversion targets
- Develop strategies to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and lead conversion
- Partner with Business Development Manager to refine strategies that improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Account Management for inside calling campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Inside calling team
- Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of conversion metrics across all campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading Inside/outbound sales teams of 10+
- 5+ years of experience leading inside sales teams in a remote call-center environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to managing performance
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to travel as required (10%)
