Job Description
Inside Sales Representative managing new business acquisition and retention in Southeastern Europe. Engaging channel partners and driving sales in the cybersecurity space.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-volume outbound strategies to identify and land new logos.
- Work closely with channel partners and distributors to co-sell, register deals, and drive incremental revenue.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
- Lead the entire process, from initial discovery and technical validation with Sales Engineers to final contract negotiation for new business.
- Develop and implement plans to penetrate key accounts and expand the Trellix footprint.
- Maintain a structured approach to quoting and forecasting to consistently overachieve quarterly targets.
- Stay current on product suites and competitive risks to position Trellix as the premier security solution.
Requirements:
- Fluent English plus Hungarian or Romanian.
- 1–2+ years in tech sales or business development; cybersecurity experience is a significant plus.
- A documented history of meeting or exceeding quotas in an acquisition-focused environment.
- Self-motivated and persistent; you are energized by creating new business opportunities.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical stacks into clear business value.
- Strong time management and the ability to navigate internal processes to shorten sales cycles.
