Job Description
Inside Sales Representative guiding customers through Achieve’s personalized digital finance solutions. Managing warm leads, consultative sales calls, and financial product closes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage warm leads through high-volume outbound dialing, up to 100+ daily
- Lead consultative one-call or two-call closes
- Identify customer pain points and uncover financial needs
- Explain the value of personalized digital finance products
- Manage, prioritize, and follow up on a pipeline of 20 to 200+ active leads/transactions
- Build trust during sensitive financial conversations
- Guide clients through emotionally complex financial decisions toward clear solutions
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain schedule adherence and conversion goals
- Use Salesforce to track lead activity and document interactions
- Maintain high pipeline accuracy
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of successful inside sales, outbound call center, or financial/consultative sales experience
- History of succeeding in a fast-paced, goal-driven, commission-heavy environment
- Strong ability to build quick rapport, handle objections, and influence decision-making with empathy and authority
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce and digital sales tools
- Excellent time-management skills to prioritize lead follow-ups independently
- Desire to accept coaching and continuously improve
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST/PST
- Availability for Monday–Friday schedules and/or schedules including one weekend day
- For remote work, candidates must be located in Texas; hybrid work is available to candidates local to Phoenix, Arizona
