Job Description
Commercial Account Manager responsible for servicing commercial lines at Artemis Insurance. Supporting clients through the policy lifecycle and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and retaining a commercial lines book of business.
- Supporting producers and clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Serving as a primary client contact responsible for renewal management, coverage analysis, and policy servicing.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships through account rounding and coverage enhancement discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required; Texas license preferred.
- Familiarity with agency management systems, carrier portals, Microsoft Office Suite, and related insurance technology platforms.
- Professional insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CRM, or similar) are a plus.
