Job Description
International Key Account Manager responsible for growing strategic client accounts in Antivibration Technology. Building relationships and leading discussions with key decision makers across countries.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop sales potential for Antivibration Technology
- Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Take full responsibility for assigned international key accounts
- Create and implement account plans to drive sales growth
- Lead discussions with key decision-makers
- Organize customer workshops and events
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Provide market insights and contribute to the development of the product portfolio
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience with technical products
- At least 3 years managing major or strategic accounts
- Experience in project management, solution selling and international key account management
- Strong technical and commercial acumen
- Knowledge of Antivibration Technology and relevant industrial applications
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
