Job Description
Gerente de Programas de TI em empresa em crescimento, liderando iniciativas de transformação digital e garantindo entregas de qualidade dentro do prazo.
Responsibilities:
- Work at a growing company with multidisciplinary teams and challenging digital transformation projects.
- Ensure technology programs are delivered with quality, on time, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Lead the portfolio of IT programs and projects from planning to delivery.
- Align scope, timelines, and budget with business areas and stakeholders.
- Establish governance, rituals, and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure clear communication and executive status reports.
- Promote continuous improvement in processes and management methodologies.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as an IT Program or Project Manager, leading multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with agile and traditional methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK).
- Ability to work with stakeholders from different areas and levels.
- Experience managing budget, timelines, scope, and risks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Intermediate English for reading and interacting with materials and global teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar (advantages).
