Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work at a growing company with multidisciplinary teams and challenging digital transformation projects.
  • Ensure technology programs are delivered with quality, on time, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Lead the portfolio of IT programs and projects from planning to delivery.
  • Align scope, timelines, and budget with business areas and stakeholders.
  • Establish governance, rituals, and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure clear communication and executive status reports.
  • Promote continuous improvement in processes and management methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as an IT Program or Project Manager, leading multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with agile and traditional methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK).
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from different areas and levels.
  • Experience managing budget, timelines, scope, and risks.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English for reading and interacting with materials and global teams.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or similar (advantages).
