Job Description
Program Manager leading mRNA LNP drug product CDMO programs at Aldevron, a life sciences and biotechnology services company. Overseeing client delivery, governance, relationships, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, execution, and successful delivery of standardized programs and projects across client accounts
- Ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Build and maintain trust-based client relationships at all levels
- Manage conflict and foster long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal project teams
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality client service
- Maintain program governance structures
- Track project metrics and forecast capacity
- Provide leadership with regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities
- Support proposal development, contract renewals, and account strategy
- Lead continuous improvement and organizational growth initiatives
- Travel to the Fargo, ND site or client locations as needed
Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A. required
- Advanced degree in a scientific field strongly preferred, such as molecular biology, biology, biotechnology, or biochemistry
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing project or program role within the life sciences
- Preference for 3+ years in a CDMO environment
- Experience managing projects and contracts in a regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven related field
- mRNA LNP Drug Product experience and industry understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to forecast risks and implement sustainable solutions
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
