Job Description
Remote Account Manager developing MICE and corporate travel accounts for BWH Hotels. Driving acquisition, revenue growth, networking, and regional sales activities across Central Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic new business acquisition and the expansion of existing customer relationships, with a clear focus on MICE in the Western and Northern regions
- Develop, manage, and strategically grow MICE accounts as well as selected corporate travel clients for the BWH Hotels portfolio in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Central Europe
- Design and implement sales initiatives to increase revenue, market share, and customer loyalty
- Analyze market, competitor, and customer potential and derive targeted sales activities
- Build and maintain a strong network of companies, event planners, agencies, and other relevant business partners
- Conduct regular customer visits and sales trips, and represent BWH Hotels at trade fairs, workshops, and industry events
- Work closely with customers, partner hotels, and internal teams to successfully develop corporate and, in particular, MICE business opportunities
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree in hospitality, hotel management, gastronomy, or tourism
- Ideally, initial professional experience in hotel sales or a comparable position
- Strong sales skills, a results- and closing-oriented approach, and enthusiasm for new business acquisition
- Strong understanding of market opportunities and the ability to successfully develop customer potential
- Independent, structured way of working, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for networking
- Very good command of German and English
- Confident user of Microsoft 365
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory
- Ideally based in Lower Saxony or Northern Germany; applications from other regions are also welcome
- Willingness to submit compelling application documents and state gross salary expectations and earliest possible start date
