Job Description

Account Manager driving growth in the German healthcare market for digital health solutions. Open doors to practices and engage with key healthcare players for effective diabetes management.

Responsibilities:

  • Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday clinical workflows
  • You are more than just sales — you are our public face and the connecting force between Una and key stakeholders in care: physicians, diabetologists and their practice teams
  • With tact and persuasiveness you build strong, sustainable relationships and present our solution with passion
  • Outbound & inbound management: You proactively reach out to potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities
  • Sales-cycle responsibility: You independently manage the engagement with medical practices — from first contact and individualized consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA (digital health application).

Requirements:

  • Sales talent with empathy and tenacity
  • Growth mindset: You are passionate about account management and business development, highly motivated, hungry for success, and you persist even after a “no”
  • Ideally you have 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical devices, SaaS, or another DiGA), or you are a career changer (e.g., diabetes educator, medical assistant (MFA), pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA), or similar)
  • Strong communication skills: You communicate excellently in German (native-level), are persuasive on the phone, and can explain complex matters simply
  • Customer orientation: You can empathize with the workflows of a medical practice, quickly build trust, and act as a competent, peer-level contact person
  • Ownership: You work very independently and in a structured way, and you keep track even with a full pipeline
  • Languages & tech affinity: You have perfect written and spoken German, speak good English for internal communication, and are comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems.

Benefits:

  • Purpose & impact: Seize the opportunity to actively tackle one of the world’s major health problems and directly improve the quality of life for thousands of patients
  • Growth & responsibility: Help shape our sales processes from the ground up! Expect a steep learning curve and broad responsibilities
  • Culture & team: We are an international, ambitious team with a hands-on mentality. We offer flexible working hours, an open feedback culture, and a well-equipped remote work environment
  • Development: We actively support your personal and professional development
  • Network: Benefit from an inspiring environment and the exclusive network of our investors and partners, such as Atlantic Labs
