Job Description
Intern assisting in HR and recruiting for international relocation agency helping IT professionals. Support recruiting activities and work closely with recruiters to help candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Support our recruiting and candidate consulting activities
- Search and apply for IT job vacancies on job boards and professional platforms
- Assist in creating and editing CVs and cover letters for clients
- Send outreach messages to potential employers on behalf of clients
- Prepare simple progress reports on client job applications
- Conduct basic research on companies and job openings based on client criteria
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and solid research habits
- Basic understanding of the IT landscape (e.g., you know Java vs. JavaScript)
- Comfortable working with job boards and Google Docs
- Eagerness to learn new tools and processes
- Fluency in English (C1)
