Job Description
Junior Operations Assistant managing day-to-day operations and support for a rapidly expanding football platform in Durban. Collaborating with the team to enhance customer experience and operational coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Admin panel support and inventory updates
- Customer service and player support
- Operational assistance during peak hours
- Other ad hoc operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
- Friendly positive attitude and team player
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
- Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS
