Job Description

External sales position at Caloi focused on strengthening relationships with bicycle retailers in Santa Catarina. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting partners to enhance sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with specialty bicycle shops in the Santa Catarina region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales indicators and targets.
  • Track store and product performance and implement strategies to maximize sales.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to partner stores.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector.
  • Negotiation skills: ability to conduct sales negotiations persuasively and ethically, always seeking the best outcome for the company and the customer.
  • Interpersonal communication: ability to communicate clearly and effectively, building trusting relationships with commercial partners.
  • Market analysis: ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Relationship management: maintain close, long-term relationships with partner stores, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Conflict management: active listening, mediation, empathy, problem solving, and conflict prevention skills.
  • Proactivity: ability to take initiative, anticipate demands, and continuously seek improvements in the sales process.
  • Technical knowledge: understanding of product technical characteristics to advise and resolve partner store queries.
  • Results-oriented and proactive.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for routes.
  • Knowledge of the bicycle market and the retail bike channel (a plus).
  • Experience with CRM or commercial management tools (a plus).
