Job Description
Key Account Manager für AQUALEX, Entwickler von Wasserspendern und Designarmaturen. Ausbau von Architektennetzwerken, Produktberatung und Vertragsverhandlungen in Deutschland.
Responsibilities:
- Actively leverage, maintain, and strategically develop an existing network of architects.
- Establish initial contact and expand strategically important customer groups in real estate, construction projects, and architecture.
- Analyze the requirements of business customers and target groups and develop suitable sales strategies.
- Advise customers on products, customized applications, and optimal installation solutions.
- Present the high-end portfolio on site.
- Answer customer questions and identify the best individual solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with a significant impact on business development in Germany.
- Prepare individual quotations and build long-term, trusting partnerships.
Requirements:
- Strong, established network of architects, ideally supplemented by contacts in the interior design and design sectors.
- Completed commercial training or training in real estate, architecture, or product design.
- Experience in project management or sales.
- Several years of experience managing strategically important customers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Fluent German and good English skills; French or Dutch is an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare customized quotations and build long-term customer partnerships.
- Independent, structured working style and excellent time-management skills.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
