Job Description
Remote national account representative managing and growing lacrosse teamwear accounts for BSN SPORTS and Lax.com. Creating designs, team stores, account plans, and bulk orders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a best-in-class sales representative for medium, large and enterprise organizations and National Accounts
- Represent LAX / BSN Sports by demonstrating company core values and the highest ethical standards
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and strategic account support
- Maintain daily customer communication and respond to emails and text messages within 24 hours
- Develop and present quarterly account plans for key customers with management
- Communicate positive updates and challenging issues professionally, transparently and promptly
- Create customized logo concepts and product designs aligned with brand standards and team identity
- Build and manage online team stores for fundraising, ordering and product distribution
- Support accounts receivable efforts, billing inquiries and aging AR resolution
- Participate quarterly in professional development opportunities and lacrosse industry events
- Use approved expense budgets to foster and maintain client relationships
- Process bulk customer orders accurately with a target turnaround time of 12 hours or less
Requirements:
- A minimum of four years of management and/or sales experience
- A minimum of two years of industry experience
- Lacrosse experience and product knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Ability to meet physical demands including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling and walking
