Job Description
Partnerships Manager responsible for developing and managing partnerships at RethinkFirst. Focusing on driving engagement and growth across the partner portfolio to support healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and engage new partners
- Onboard and activate newly signed partners
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of long-tail partners
- Build relationships with partner stakeholders, leadership teams, and sales representatives
- Conduct regular outreach to maintain engagement and drive partner activity
- Re-engage dormant or underutilized partners
- Increase partner-generated referrals, opportunities, and revenue
- Accelerate partnership opportunities through proactive follow-up and collaboration
- Develop and execute growth plans with partners
- Identify opportunities to expand partner engagement and performance
- Track and report on partnership activity and results
- Execute partner-focused outbound and BDR campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate webinars, conferences, events, and partner engagement initiatives
- Support lead-sharing and referral programs
- Analyze partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop recommendations to improve partner activation and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership reporting
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, account management, customer success, or another relationship-driven commercial role
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage external relationships that drive referrals, pipeline, revenue, or measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing multiple partner or customer relationships, priorities, and follow-up activities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
- Experience using a CRM or similar system to track activity, pipeline, referrals, and performance metrics
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accountability for measurable results
