Job Description
Key Account Manager driving strategic sales initiatives for consumer electronics in the German market at Samsung. Responsible for account management, sales targets, and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for strategically important key accounts
- Development, planning and implementation of the nationwide sales strategy in Germany for the assigned key account
- Establishing and expanding contacts with decision makers on the customer side
- Ensuring and monitoring achievement of sales targets in cooperation with all relevant internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Regional Sales, SCM, Finance, Inside Sales, etc.
- Preparation of forecasts
- Responsibility for all sales-related measures, including implementation of marketing activities and the successful introduction of new products
- Reporting line to the Head of Key Account Management
Requirements:
- Preferably a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Key Account Management and sales of consumer electronics, ideally with a focus on home appliances
- Understanding of buyer decision-making processes and existing market structures
- A high level of self-motivation and willingness to take responsibility
- Team player with an affinity for cross-departmental collaboration
- Result-oriented and efficient working style, with strategic, analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong negotiation skills and high stress resilience
- Fluent German and business-level English skills, and proficiency in common PC tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- High willingness to travel (throughout Germany) is required.
