Job Description

Senior Technology Partner Manager responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth at Temenos. Collaborating with GSIs, cloud providers, and consulting partners to enhance market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for partner-driven revenue growth
  • Build and scale Temenos' ecosystem with GSIs, consulting partners, cloud providers, and regional implementation specialists
  • Identify new routes to market and partner-led growth opportunities across target geographies and banking segments
  • Develop executive relationships with Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud leadership teams
  • Align Temenos banking solutions with hyperscaler cloud transformation initiatives
  • Build joint business plans that accelerate market penetration and SaaS adoption
  • Drive partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-sold revenue opportunities
  • Create joint account plans with strategic partners and regional sales teams
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging markets
  • Develop innovative commercial models that unlock new sources of recurring revenue
  • Establish annual revenue targets, pipeline goals, and joint business plans for priority partners
  • Drive partner segmentation, prioritization, and investment decisions
  • Lead executive governance and quarterly business reviews with strategic partners
  • Drive co-selling, co-marketing and joint solution development initiatives
  • Support cloud migration and SaaS growth initiatives across existing and prospective clients
  • Identify, qualify and develop partner-led sales opportunities
  • Expand Temenos' footprint through partner referral, influence and resell channels
  • Deliver partner-generated pipeline and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets
  • Ensure strong governance across partner opportunities and account planning

Requirements:

  • 12+ years' experience in enterprise software, banking technology, cloud services, ecosystem sales or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth through indirect sales channels
  • Experience working with global consulting firms, GSIs and hyperscaler ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud transformation and financial services technology
  • Demonstrated success building partner-led pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals
  • Strong commercial acumen including contract negotiations, business cases and financial modelling
  • Experience driving recurring revenue growth and SaaS adoption
  • Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers across multiple organisations
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and matrix management capabilities
  • Strategic thinker able to translate vision into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Understanding of cloud architecture, SaaS delivery models, banking platforms, APIs and ecosystem partnerships
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends within banking and financial services
